What is the difference between CBD full spectrum and isolate?
Full spectrum extracts contain CBD as well as a plethora of other cannabinoids, including THC. Isolate is CBD in its purest form and only contains cannabidiol. Check out our blog post “Why Choose Isolate?” for more information.
What is the difference between CBD and THC?
CBD and THC are two primary cannabinoids that occur naturally in hemp. The difference between the two is the arrangement of a single atom. Both bind to the CB2 receptor, but interact with the CB1 receptors in different ways.
Can CBD get me "high?"
No. CBD does not contain the psychoactive and mentally intoxicating effects that are typically associated with marijuana and THC.
Why do some potency tests go over/under 99% CBD?
MHL’s manufacturing process has been refined to eliminate any detectable THC. However, MHL cannot guarantee 99.999% CBD primarily due to acceptable inherent uncertainty in testing. Items such as glassware, balances and HPLC instruments create a margin of error when testing. We compensate for this by calibrating our equipment daily and between runs.
